Fairloco for restaurants
Sell directly to your customers and pay a flat fee per order: 1,50 € for a delivery order and 0,50 € for a pickup order. There is no percentage commission. Customers buy from you at the prices you set, and your payouts go to your own bank account.

How joining works
You sign up in the partner portal on a computer or a phone, and you can continue on any device. Your company details, account and payouts take about 7 minutes and your menu about 15. When the go-live checks pass, your restaurant goes live, usually the same day. Nobody asks for ID documents.
Add your business ID. Your company details fill in automatically.
Your company name, address and registrations come from the public business register. You add your account, venue and opening hours.
Payouts to your own bank account
Add the IBAN of your business account at any bank. We check the account holder name with your bank. You do not need to open a new account.
Import your menu and confirm allergens
Send a photo, a PDF, your website or a CSV file. We make a draft. You confirm the allergens dish by dish and publish.
Set up your kitchen device. We open your restaurant.
Pair Fairloco Kitchen on your Android tablet or phone with a code and play a test alert. When the checks pass, we open your restaurant, usually the same day.
A flat fee per order
Fairloco charges a fixed commission per order, not a percentage of your sales. It is 1,50 € for a delivery order and 0,50 € for a pickup order, and it is deducted from your payout. Your menu prices stay yours. The customer pays the delivery to the courier and a separate 0,50 € service fee to Fairloco.

Fairloco is a marketplace, not a delivery company. The customer buys the food from you, and your company name and business ID are shown as the seller on the restaurant page and on the receipt. The delivery is sold by an independent courier the customer chooses.

No paid placement
Restaurants are listed closest first. Nobody can pay to be shown higher.
Bring your regulars
When you go live, the partner portal gives you your own ordering link and a QR code. Your regulars order from you on Fairloco at your own menu prices, with the same flat fee.

Use it as the ordering link on your business profile, on your website and on your social media pages.
Put the QR code on your counter and window
Customers scan it and land on your menu, ready to order delivery or pickup.

Payouts
Payouts go to your company's IBAN at any bank. You do not need to open a new account.
Your menu and allergens
You confirm the allergens of every dish yourself. A dish can be ordered only after its allergens are confirmed.
Your kitchen device
Fairloco Kitchen runs on an Android tablet or phone. On an iPad or iPhone, you use the web version.
