Your order has three lines, and you see them before you pay. The restaurant sets the food price and the courier sets the delivery price.

When does ordering open?
We open ordering in Helsinki once there are enough couriers for food to arrive reliably. We will announce the opening on this page.
Who sells the food and who delivers it?
The restaurant sells the food at its own prices, and your receipt names the restaurant's company and business ID as the seller. The independent courier you choose sells the delivery at their own price, and all of that price goes to them. Fairloco runs the marketplace and charges a fixed 0,50 € service fee per order. It never sells the food or the delivery itself.
What does ordering cost?
You pay the restaurant's prices, your courier's own delivery price and a fixed 0,50 € service fee per order. Pickup orders have no delivery fee. Fairloco's own fees never change with demand, and there are no small order or busy fees.
How do I choose a courier?
In the cart you see the couriers available right now with their own price, distance and estimated arrival. You can view them by price, by distance or all in random order. Nothing is chosen for you. There are no ratings, no badges and no paid placement.
Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes, if the restaurant offers pickup. Pickup orders have no delivery fee: you pay the restaurant's prices and the service fee.
How are allergies handled?
The restaurant is responsible for the allergen information of its dishes and confirms it itself. A dish can be ordered only after its allergens are confirmed. Restaurants prepare food in kitchens that handle allergens, so cross-contact is possible. If you have a severe allergy, add an allergy note at checkout. The restaurant must acknowledge it before accepting your order.
